Our holiday home is located 4 km outside the Schilcher wine market of Stainz in Rossegg.

The Schilcher wine region is a popular destination for visitors of all ages.

Our holiday home consists of two separate apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. Each has its own entrance.

One apartment includes a kitchen with a living room with TV, a shower, a toilet, a double bedroom, a garage, and a terrace.

An extra bed is available. (2-3 people)

The second apartment includes two double bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table, a living room with TV, a shower, a toilet, a separate toilet, a balcony, and a garage. (Bunk bed available) (2-6 people)

Our holiday home offers enough space for two families who want to spend their holidays together, yet still enjoy privacy.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
