The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a double fold-away bed, a bunk bed and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a sauna and a barbecue and there are two terraces. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, five showers and five toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, een afzuigkap, a dishwasher and two coffee makers.

The lodge is located at approximately 800 meters above sea level in the charming mountain village of Mitterberg-Sankt Martin in the Enns Valley, Styria, right in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Grimming and Stoderzinken peaks.

In winter, Mitterberg-Sankt Martin is an excellent base for winter sports enthusiasts. The Schladming-Dachstein region is considered one of the premier winter destinations and forms part of the renowned “4-Berge-Skischaukel,” featuring around 230 kilometers of ski slopes and more than 200 kilometers of cross-country trails. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking alpine scenery reaching over 2,000 meters in altitude, along with seamless access to the ski areas of Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm. Nearby, the smaller family-friendly Galsterberg ski area offers 13 kilometers of slopes, three fun routes, and an impressive 5-kilometer toboggan run.

During the summer months, the luxurious lodge transforms into a peaceful retreat where comfort, tranquility, and spectacular mountain landscapes meet right at your doorstep. Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
