The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a bicycle parking and there are five balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a stove.

This spacious apartment is situated in Niedernsill. Ideal for a small group, it can accommodate 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms. It has a balcony for you to take a refreshing breath enjoying the scenic view and a cozy stove.

Lake lies 650 m from the apartment making it a haven for nature lovers. The local grocery store is 200 m away whereas the restaurants are 50 m from the stay. The golf course is only 10 km away from the apartment. The ski lift at 10km provides access to Zell am See-Kaprun. There are also opportunities for mountain biking and golf.

You can enjoy the views from the balcony accessible to you. Stove (solid fuel) is provided for you to have a remarkable holiday. Ski storage and bicycle storage are also in place for your convenience. A children’s bed and high chair is also offered to the little guests. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property for an extra cost of €5/pet/night.

You can check-in between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done from 8-10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
