The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, a bunk bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a balcony, a table tennis table and a football table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

From the sun-drenched balcony, guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.

The house is perfect for those looking to ski at the Hochkönig ski area as it provides ski storage and is a mere 600m from the Ski lift.

In spring and summer, the house is surrounded by vast green meadows and guests really enjoy being amidst the lap of nature. Maria Alm offers many options and is very popular during these seasons. Thanks to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal base for many daytrips to Salzburg or Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the "World of the Ice Giants".

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
