General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a terrace, a sandbox, a balcony and a trampoline. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

Whether you like skiing or snowboarding, there are numerous slopes and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. There are also many cross-country skiing, skating and hiking opportunities in the winter so that everyone can spend their winter holiday as they wish. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
