General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a sauna, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, four toilets, a hairdryer and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge and a freezer.

This luxury semi-detached holiday home was completed in 2021 and is located at Resort Tauernlodges Uttendorf. It is located on a hillside, not far from the centre of "family village" Uttendorf and within walking distance of a swimming lake in the popular holiday region Hohe Tauern National Park.

The holiday home is furnished in a comfortable, complete way according to high standards. It covers three floors. Downstairs, there is a a sauna, a bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The first floor is a "sleeping" floor. Here, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. The bright open plan kitchen with oven and dishwasher and the living room with TV are located on the second floor. Here, you will also find a fourth bedroom and a third bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside, there is a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern. There is parking for two cars near the holiday home.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
