General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a sauna. You can park your car on three parkings. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, three showers and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, two coffee makers, an oven and a dishwasher.

The semi-detached chalet stretches over 3 floors. Get cosy in the atmospheric living room with 10-seater dining area and prepare the tastiest dishes in the U-shaped open kitchen. From here you have a beautiful view of the mountains. After an active day, unwind in the private sauna and the corner balcony is the ideal place to end the day with a drink of your choice. Delicious!

The chalet is in a quiet location right by the cross-country ski trail and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The centre is within walking distance and you will find several restaurants and shops. Every morning you will get fresh rolls from the local bakery here.

Wald-Königsleiten is located between 3 famous ski areas: the Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel ski area. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel ski areas are ideal for holidaymakers who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. The Wildkogel Arena ski area, on the other hand, is ideal for families with children. Bramberg is home to Europe's longest winter toboggan run.

There is also plenty to do in the region in summer. Its location right next to the national park makes it ideal for hiking and mountain biking through the typical Austrian nature. If you are a real water rat, take a dip in the public Kristall pool. Just a stone's throw away are the famous Krimmler waterfalls. These are Europe's largest waterfalls with an impressive fall height of 380 metres. Wald is also a great starting point for golf enthusiasts. In Mittersill (20 km) is the nearest golf course and within a 45-minute drive you can reach the most beautiful golf courses in Austria, such as those in Eichenheim, Kitzbuhel, and Schwarzsee.
