General

The holiday home for 50 persons has 18 bathrooms and 20 bedrooms and is equipped with 20 double beds, four bunk beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna, two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a sauna, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a garden and a bicycle parking and there are 14 balconies, two terraces and two bars. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 16 showers, 18 washbasins, 16 toilets, four baths and two baths with showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stovetop.

This spacious detached chalet in Wald-Königsleiten can accommodate up to 50 people and is situated on the Gerlos Pass in the Salzburg region, close to the Zillertal Arena. From the balconies and the large terrace, you can enjoy stunning views across the valley, over the Hohe Tauern mountains and as far as the Krimml Waterfalls. Its central location provides access to three major ski areas with a total of almost 400 km of slopes: the Zillertal Arena, the Wildkogel Arena and the Kitzbühel Arena. The ski bus to the Zillertal Arena stops right outside the chalet.

With 20 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring new box-spring beds, and 18 bathrooms, the chalet offers the ideal setting for large groups. The private wellness area, featuring a sauna, shower and a relaxation and yoga area, is perfect for unwinding. A professional kitchen with pizza ovens, a large dining area, a fully equipped bar and two lounge areas with a TV corner provide plenty of space for socialising. Facilities also include a ski room with ski boot warmers, a washing machine, garden furniture and parking spaces right next to the chalet.

In summer, the chalet is situated in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling. A trip to the Krimml Waterfalls is one of the highlights, as is a visit to the Kristallbad Wald-Königsleiten spa. Please note that, to ensure peace and quiet, the accommodation is not let to youth groups. Student parties, stag and hen parties, and drinking binges are not permitted in the chalet.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
