General

The holiday home for 50 persons has 18 bathrooms and 20 bedrooms and is equipped with 20 double beds, four bunk beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna, two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a sauna, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a garden and a bicycle parking and there are 14 balconies, two terraces and two bars. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 16 showers, 18 washbasins, 16 toilets, four baths and two baths with showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stovetop.

This large, detached chalet for up to 50 people is located in Wald-Koenigsleiten, an alpine village on the Gerlos Pass in Salzburgerland, near the Zillertal Arena ski area.

A chalet with breathtaking views over the valley and Europe's highest waterfall, the Krimml Waterfalls. The central location of this spacious holiday home gives you the choice between three major ski areas with a total of almost 400 km of slopes, just minutes from the chalet:

Zillertal Arena (Königleiten – Gerlos), Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen – Bramberg), and Kitzbühel Arena (Hollersbach – Kitzbühel). The ski bus, which takes you to the Zillertal Arena cable car, stops right outside!

The chalet is also an ideal starting point for an active holiday in summer. It is located in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers numerous hiking and biking trails. And of course, a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls is a must. The Kristallbad Wald-Königsleiten spa offers plenty of swimming fun in the summer!

The Chalet Bergerblick Zillertal Arena is a luxurious holiday home for large groups (up to 50 people) with every comfort. The large chalet features a wellness area with a sauna, shower, and relaxation & yoga area. There is a professional kitchen with pizza ovens, a cozy dining area for the whole group, a fully equipped bar, and two lounge areas with a TV corner. Adjacent to the dining area and bar is the large terrace with stunning views.

There are 20 comfortable bedrooms (all with new box-spring beds) and 18 bathrooms. From the balconies, you have breathtaking views of the Hohe Tauern mountain range, with Europe's highest waterfall, the Krimml Waterfalls, in the distance. The chalet offers a ski storage room with ski boot warmers, a washing machine, and garden furniture. Parking is available directly at the chalet.

For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented to groups of young people. Student parties, bachelor parties, or drinking parties are prohibited in this house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
