General

The holiday home for 50 persons has 18 bathrooms and 20 bedrooms and is equipped with 20 double beds, four bunk beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with an infrared sauna, two televisions and a heather. In addition there is a sauna, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a barbecue, a bar, a garden and a bicycle parking and there are 14 balconies and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 16 showers, 18 washbasins, 16 toilets, four baths and two baths with showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stovetop.

This large, detached chalet for a maximum of 50 people is located in Wald-Koenigsleiten, an alpine village on the Gerlos Pass in Salzburgerland, near the Zillertal Arena ski area.

The chalet has a wellness area with infrared sauna, normal sauna, shower and relaxation area. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with pizza ovens, a dining area with a bar for 50 people and two lounge areas with a TV corner and a tiled oven. The chalet offers 20 comfortable bedrooms and 18 bathrooms, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and a garden with garden furniture. Parking is available directly at the chalet.

The chalet is located on the tourist Gerlosstrasse and is therefore easy to reach. Due to the central location of the chalet, you can reach the Zillertal Arena ski area (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten) with 150 kilometers of slopes in 15 minutes, the Wildkogel Arena ski area (Neukirchen) with 75 kilometers of slopes in 10 minutes and the KitzSki-Hollersbach ski area with 188 kilometers of slopes in 20 minutes. The ski bus that takes you to the Zillertal Arena cable cars stops right in front of the door! With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with almost 400 kilometers of slopes with one ski pass!

Even in summer, the chalet is an ideal starting point for an active holiday. The chalet is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. And of course a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls should not be missed. The Wald-Koenigsleiten crystal bath offers lots of bathing fun in summer!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
