Situated in the heart of the picturesque Salzburger Saalachtal, Unken - the gateway to the Pinzgau - offers a perfect combination of relaxation and adventure at any time of year. Just a few minutes' walk from the village centre, a home away from home awaits you, where you can leave everyday life behind you and unwind.
A total of 104 m² of living space is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living room with a sofa group and TV, a cosily furnished parlour that invites you to eat together, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and microwave as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The upper floor has three bedrooms: two with a double bed and another with two single beds. Modern amenities such as satellite TV and free W-LAN round off the offer. On request, a cot and a baby bed can be used free of charge.
Outside, a large terrace invites you to linger in the open air, while a small sunbathing lawn is perfect for enjoying the sun in the warmer months. Dogs can roam freely in the fully fenced garden. Convenient free public parking is available just 50 metres from the accommodation, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space.
The strategic location of our house allows you to explore the diversity of Salzburger Land. Whether it's the nearby ski resorts of Unken Heutal, Loferer Alm and Steinplatte in Waidring in winter or the breathtaking landscape, which invites you to go hiking and cycling right from the front door in summer - Unken is an ideal starting point. Cultural highlights in the cities of Salzburg, Zell am See and Kitzbühel are only 45 minutes away by car. In addition, the Salzburger Saalachtal Sommercard and the Mobility Ticket offer attractive discounts for experiences in the region.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
