Top floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV. Small balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Zederhaus, in a quiet position in the residential district, in the countryside. Private: small garden with lawn and flowers. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Königbauerweg" 30 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
