The holiday home for 19 persons has four bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, five double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a barbecue and a garden and there are two balconies. You can park your car on five parkings. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, a toilet, three showers and two baths.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot (incl. beddengoed) and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a coffee maker, two microwaves, two dishwashers and two stoves.

Several separate living and kitchen areas make the house especially suitable for two families. Bedrooms with double and single beds, TVs, and a washing machine provide additional comfort. Access is only by car – the steep driveway is unsuitable for vans.

The surrounding area offers ideal opportunities for active and relaxing vacation days throughout the year. Right behind the house, numerous hiking trails begin, and diverse cycling and e-bike tours can also be started directly from the accommodation. In winter, the family-friendly ski lift right next to the house provides easy access to the slopes. Golf enthusiasts can reach the Stuhlfelden-Mittersill Golf Club located in the village and enjoy unforgettable rounds against a stunning mountain backdrop. As Europe's first archery village, Stuhlfelden also offers a unique experience for both young and old. Two grocery stores and a bakery ensure pleasant infrastructure and short distances during your stay. Surrounded by mountains, valleys, and a traditional atmosphere, the holiday home is an ideal base to explore the region together.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
