The flat, located on the 2nd floor, offers an ideal base for unforgettable holidays in both summer and winter. The inviting eat-in kitchen invites you to linger and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cater for yourself as you wish. The spacious bedrooms create a relaxed atmosphere for restful nights.
A special highlight of our offer is the exclusive wellness area, which is available to our guests. There you will find a relaxation room as well as two saunas and a whirlpool, where you can unwind after an active day. For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski cellar with ski boot heating is available to store your equipment in the best possible way. Here you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing or simply enjoy a marvellous winter hike.
In summer, you can enjoy the marvellous surroundings with numerous hiking trails, ideal for mountain biking and hiking. The surrounding area also offers exciting excursion options, including the salt mine in Berchtesgaden, the city of Salzburg, the Haus der Natur, the Liechtensteinklamm and the impressive ice grotto.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
