Attractive holiday flat for 2 people on the 1st floor, nestled in a picturesque and peaceful setting between the renowned winter sports resorts of Wagrain and Flachau.
Wagrain, a charming and well-known village, enjoys great popularity in both summer and winter. The ski area is connected to both Flachau and Alpendorf St. Johann, offering a wide range of leisure activities. Access to the nearest ski lift is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat, on the opposite side of the road. This convenient lift leads directly to the Flachau ski area.
For additional comfort, it is possible to book an extra room in the basement for 2 more people with its own bathroom. Please contact us if you are interested.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
