Several bathing lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee), the Wagrain water world and the adventure bathing lake in Eben im Pongau ensure plenty of bathing fun in summer.

In winter, the well-known ski area of Alpendorf/Wagrain/Flachau with a total of 210 kilometers of slopes is right next to the apartment complex. In addition, you can also visit other ski areas with the same Ski Amadé pass at no additional cost.

Alpendorf / Wagrain offers plenty of shops and supermarkets for daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in around 1 hour by car.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
