The kitchen-living room features a dishwasher, a pull-out couch in front of the TV, a radio, a CD player and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the view of the beautiful countryside from the table.

The apartment is equipped with electric underfloor and infrared heating and has a separate entrance.

Outside, you have exclusive use of a large sun terrace, a small garden with a lawn, garden furniture, lounge chairs, etc., as well as 2 parking spaces.

You can also reach the Berchtesgaden National Park with Lake Königsee, Lake Chiemsee in Bavaria, as well as Lake Fuschl, Lake Wolfgang and much more in less than an hour.

Take a stroll from the nearby Roman Bridge along a mountain stream. Hike through the Lammer and Almbach gorges.

Take a walk to and around Seewaldsee, nestled in a beautiful nature reserve, or hike down into the valley to the mystical Georgenberg and on to Kuchl.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
