Pure luxury in Haus Sion, located at the end of a quiet street. With its sleek and modern decor, yet incredibly atmospheric, this flat will give you a luxurious holiday. Of course, the furnishings are complete, and surprisingly, its quiet location is right on the Alm with expansive views. And yet the ski lift and the cozy village with restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. After an active day in the mountains, this is a wonderful way to come home.
In a few minutes walk, you will be in the center of Maria Alm. Lovely terraces surround the cozy village square. From the village goes a ski lift (also in summer), which directly connects the entire Hochkönig Ski Area.
Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is on your doorstep, with challenges for every type of skier. And not too far away, you can be in Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
Many sporting activities make this flat attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can indulge, and a superb golf course is nearby.
