The living and dining area features a cozy box-spring sofa bed, while the modern fitted kitchen with pantry is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Two separate bedrooms offer comfortable box-spring beds and stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is in a separate room. From the roof terrace and balcony, enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the Leoganger Steinberge, the Steinernes Meer, the Hochkönig, the Schwalbenwand, and the Kitzsteinhorn.
In winter, the location provides quick access to renowned ski areas such as the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. Families and active sports enthusiasts will find endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15 and older) will allow free use of all public transport in the Salzburg region. Guests are expected to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous rule violators.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
