Detailed information
Our brand new Dachstein Chalet is located in a quiet and sunny residential area, directly adjacent to spacious grassland areas and with a magnificent view of mountains, green meadows, forests and in winter directly on the ski slope. The distance to the ski lift is around 900 metres. The village centre is around 350 metres away. In the winter season, the free shuttle bus to the lift stops right in front of the house and takes our guests to the lift and back.
Our chalets and suites are fully equipped to a high standard.
Each chalet has two large terraces and access to the garden. There are also two carport parking spaces, each with an electric charging point, and two lockable storage rooms for skis, bikes, etc.
Our Dachstein Chalets have been completely rebuilt and can either be booked by larger groups as a whole house for up to 12 people or as a self-contained flat (suite) for up to 6 people.
Here you can book our Suite AO. It is located on the upper floor of House A, is generously equipped and has an area of around 85 m2.
The exposed roof truss and the high rooms make it appear larger and very spacious. The large window fronts provide a sun-drenched ambience. It comprises a large living room with a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and expensive electrical appliances, a directly adjoining living area with lounge area and satellite TV, a dining area in the bay window with access to the two terraces as well as two en suite bedrooms, two beautiful shower rooms and an extra WC in the hallway. The sofa in the living room can be folded out into a full double bed.
The two balconies/terraces can be accessed from the dining area via a sliding glass element. One terrace is equipped with a dining set for 6 people and the second area has 4 sun loungers.
In addition, our guests have a carport parking space and, if necessary, an outdoor parking space. A charging station for electric cars is available in the carport.
Bicycles and/or skis etc. can be stored in a lockable storage room by the carport.
You can enjoy a marvellous view of mountains, green meadows, forests and in winter directly onto the ski slope.
Located directly in the Dachstein West ski area and also in one of the most beautiful hiking and lake regions in the world. The world-famous World Heritage Site of Hallstatt is only around 20 km from the village.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
