The holiday home for 10 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), a heather, a fireplace and six televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a volleyball field, a table tennis table, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a garden, a balcony, a bar and an air conditioner and there are two swimming pools and two billiards. You can park your car under two carports. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four showers, four toilets and five washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a garage and two fridges.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a high chair and there are seven cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with five dishwashers, a microwave, three stoves and four coffee makers.

This exclusive, attractive, detached chalet is located on a very sunny south-facing slope with wonderful unobstructed views of the Pinzgautal and the surrounding mountain world! With a total area of 220m2 spread over three floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The house is fully equipped and offers plenty of room for 10 people. The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor with direct access to the garden. This allows you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view even more. The living room is furnished in a rural style with a lot of wood. You can eat or socialise in the two 'Austrian' dining corners or at the long wooden dining table. No less than five bedrooms are available, one of which is furnished as a master bedroom with its own heated south-facing balcony. Almost all bedrooms (four) have a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are also two separate toilets. The chalet has covered parking spaces, a private garden with several sunny terraces. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. The location is very central both in summer and winter. In a few minutes by car you can reach the popular ski areas of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snowy glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). Also in summer, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, entirely in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!".
