General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a stereo. In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and an elevator and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, three washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a garage, a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

This bright, spacious maisonette apartment, approximately 100 m², spans the top two floors of the building. It offers three bedrooms, a generous living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and two balconies.

The lower floor features two bedrooms, a balcony, a newly renovated bathroom with a private sauna, and a separate guest toilet. The upper floor offers another bedroom, a second bathroom, the open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, and a southwest-facing balcony with stunning views of the Hohe Tauern mountain range.

In winter, the location is ideal for skiers: The Panorama cable car's mid-station is right outside the door, providing ski-in/ski-out access to the Kitzbühel ski area. Cross-country ski trails begin just across the street.

In summer, the surrounding area offers a variety of hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Four golf courses in the Kitzbühel and Mittersill area are approximately a 10-20 minute drive away. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
