General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and three televisions. In addition there is an elevator, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath, three toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

A true ski-in/ski-out dream in a winter paradise, but even in summer, the Panoramabahn cable car takes you to one of the best-connected hiking areas with breathtaking views of the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

Here you will find three modern bedrooms with double box-spring beds, two with en-suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub. The spacious southwest-facing balcony (40 m²) with loungers and garden furniture offers wonderful views. The open fireplace ensures cozy evenings after a day in the snow.

In winter, the MoorAlm restaurant next door invites you to lunch or dinner. Fresh rolls are available upon request from the nearby bakery.

Amenities include a ski room with boot heaters, two underground parking spaces, and a well-maintained communal garden with seating. In summer, the nearby forest (100 m) and a lake (8 km) are great destinations.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
