This residential unit consists of two comfortable apartments on the picturesque 2nd floor and is located in Mittersill, Austria. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Both flats feature a spacious kitchen-living room where you can prepare delicious meals together. Boasting three bedrooms, one of which is an interconnecting room, it offers plenty of space. They are particularly suitable for outdoor enthusiasts as they are located in close proximity to world-class ski resorts and hiking trails. In winter you can explore the nearby slopes and spend the whole snow-filled day skiing. Right next to the house there's access to the lit cross-country ski trail and toboggan run.
In summer, the surrounding hiking trails are simply perfect for embarking on exciting tours through the great outdoors. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
