The Mauterndorf/St. Michael ski area is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski bus stops right outside the door and also takes you to other fantastic winter sports areas, such as the snow-sure Obertauern. Romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides and tobogganing are also part of your vacation experience in Mauterndorf! This region also has plenty to offer in summer: hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and many other activities await you.
The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The building is equipped with an elevator and a ski storage room with boot warmers. Parking is available. Enjoy stylish evenings with a snack and a drink on one of the balconies.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
