General

The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four showers, five washbasins and five toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a stovetop.

This detached, luxurious holiday home for up to 10 people enjoys an idyllic location on the banks of the Taurach River, on the outskirts of Mauterndorf in the sunny Lungau region of Salzburg. The chalet offers the utmost in comfort and is just a few minutes from the ski lift – the ski bus stop is practically right outside the door (approx. 200 m).

The house features five spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The stylish living area with a fireplace, lounge, and cozy seating area invites you to relax. Adjacent to this are the large dining area and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. A ski room with boot warmers, a sunny terrace with mountain views, and parking directly at the house are also available. An electric vehicle charging station is available for a fee upon registration.

In winter, you can easily reach four ski areas by ski bus: Grosseck-Speiereck (practically within walking distance), Obertauern, Katschberg, and Fanningberg – together offering over 250 km of perfectly groomed slopes.

In summer, the Lungau region delights visitors with numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, golf courses, and swimming spots such as the Mauterndorf adventure pool, Lake Trogalm, and Lake Schlierer. Shops and restaurants are available in the village.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
