The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two bunk beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on two parkings. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two washbasins, two toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, een afzuigkap and a coffee maker.

Welcome to this cosy and spacious cottage/holiday home! Located between an impressive mountain scenery, you will enjoy a wonderful holiday here all year round. In winter, the ski resorts of Fanningberg, Katschberg/Aineck, Grosseck/Speiereck and Obertauern are nearby. In summer, the region offers beautiful hiking and cycling routes, mountain bike trails, mountain lakes and unspoilt nature. Perfect for an active and relaxing holiday. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available.

The holiday home is located in the idyllic village of Mariapfarr, in the southern part of the Salzburgerland, at about 1,100 meters above sea level, surrounded by picturesque mountain peaks. Mariapfarr counts as one of the sunniest villages in Austria, but is also a true skiing paradise! It is the ideal starting point for the well-known Lungo ski area with the ski resorts Grosseck/Speiereck with 50 km of ski slopes, Fanningberg with ca. 25 km (both less than 8 kilometres from the holiday home), Katschberg-Aineck with 70 km and Obertauern with more than 100 km of ski slopes.

There is also plenty to do off-piste in the winter resort of Mariapfarr. The region around Mariapfarr offers several cross-country ski trails and ski tours through the snowy winter landscape, and at the Lignitz cross-country ski centre you can also try out laser biathlon.

Mariapfarr is also the ideal destination for a successful summer holiday. Surrounded by rolling alpine meadows, imposing mountains and crystal-clear mountain lakes, it offers almost everything for an active holiday. Not only can you swim in the more than 60 sparkling mountain lakes in Salzburg Lungau, but also in the many public swimming pools, such as the Samsunn Vitality and Wellness Centre in Mariapfarr, which offers plenty of swimming fun and relaxation with an outdoor pool and a modern sauna landscape in both winter and summer!

There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and various restaurants directly in the village or in the neighbouring communities of Mauterndorf and Tamsweg.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine Lungaucard is included with stay from June to October
