General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, two double beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a TV, a heather, a radio and a DVD player. In addition there is a balcony, a sauna and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two washbasins and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

In the always cozy and centrally located town of Leogang, on the edge of Salzburger Land and Tyrol, the stylish and modern holiday apartment complex is located right in the center. The cozy and luxuriously furnished holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor and offers plenty of space and plenty of privacy. There is a spacious living room with an open kitchen equipped with all appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a private sauna for ultimate relaxation, so that you can enjoy yourself in complete privacy. From the wonderful balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the center. As an extra, there is a garage for your car and an elevator so that you can easily reach the holiday apartment. In winter, you can easily reach the well-known Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area, which is a real paradise for snow fans, with the free ski bus that stops almost outside the door. The slope in the town, which is often open in the evening, can be reached on foot (200 m). But there are of course plenty of options for non-skiers too: well-cleared hiking trails, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and simply enjoying the peace and quiet.
In the other seasons, Leogang offers plenty of opportunities in the immediate area for active holidaymakers, but also for those looking for peace and quiet. Leogang is known throughout Europe for its huge range of mountain biking options. There are also various sights in the immediate area, such as Kaprun, Zell am See, the Grossglockner, the Krimml Waterfalls and not forgetting the beautiful city of Salzburg.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
