General

The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, three double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a balcony, a sauna and a garden and there are two terraces. You can park your car on three parkings. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, three toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This semi-detached house with a luxurious feel is furnished to a high standard and with a great atmosphere. You will occupy the left half of the house. As the house is built on a hill, most of the basement is above ground. Here, after a day in the snow or taking a nice hike or mountain bike tour, you can relax in your own wellness area with sauna. In summer, enjoy the Austrian sunshine on the terrace or in the garden. Let the holidays begin!

Are you looking for an ideal place for your winter sports holiday? Then this holiday home is definitely recommended. Just 200 metres from the holiday home, you step into the free ski bus that takes you to the ski lift 5 km away. Leogang is part of the immense ski area Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. The character of Leogang is different from its neighbouring villages. It still has an authentic atmosphere and there is no real après-ski culture. However, there are some cosy bars where you can enjoy a drink and a ski show.

Leogang is also well worth a visit in other seasons. You can enjoy hiking, cycling and swimming in the region here. A day trip to the Berg der Sinne at the middle station of the Asitzbahn should not be missed. Here your senses will discover the flora and fauna in this piece of mountain world in the most surprising way. From Leogang you can easily reach Zell am See with its beautiful Zellersee where you can take a refreshing dip. Or brave the Großglockner Alpenhochstraße. A beautiful mountain road that you must have ridden at least once in your life!

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
