Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with wood-burning stove. Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and cable TV. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. (4). Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
