Detailed information
The mountain village Flachau is on a slight slope with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain world of the Salzburger Land (Dachstein, Bischofsmütze) and Flachau. All around the chalets there are a variety of spots for grilling, chatting, sunbathing and relaxing. Hiking and mountain biking trails to the Grießenaralmen lead right past the chalets and there are walking paths through forests and meadows, running and Nordic walking routes and cycle paths right next to the village.
In front of each chalet there is a lovely grill area with a garden table, benches and deckchairs. A Weber bell grill can be used free of charge.
A cosy and spacious luxury apartment awaits you at the holiday chalets, with the cosiness of a rustic mountain chalet (wooden shingle roofs, old wood walls, charming details) and the furnishing of a comfortable hotel. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom. A wood-burning stove, sauna and cosy living room with a fully-equipped kitchen are standard at every chalet.
A summer toboggan, restaurants, bars, pubs and the centre of Flachau are within a few minutes’ walk. Flachau enjoys a top location about 100 metres above the valley station of the eight-seater jet of the World Cup resort. You can clip on your skis or board at the chalet door and set off on the piste for a fabulous day of skiing. The top location in Flachau offers ski in - ski out, right by the ski piste, idyllically situated on a slope but still in the centre, ski schools and ski rental, apres-ski and nightlife, easily accessible by car along the A10 Tauernautobahn (exit 66).
