The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a jacuzzi. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot (incl. beddengoed) and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

The holiday apartment is located in the small village of Mauerbach in Lower Austria, right in the expansive Wienerwald Nature Park (about 1000 km²) and offers the perfect mix of a serene nature and a vibrant city life, with the city of Vienna just around the corner.

Here, you can hike or cycle through breathtaking forest landscapes, and for mountain bikers, the challenging Trail Center Vienna is nearby. In the summer, various swimming pools in the region invite you to cool off, and for wellness, you can visit the Therme Wien Oberlaa or the historic Römertherme in Baden (30–45 minutes drive). Culinary delights can be found in the various cozy restaurants in Mauerbach and the surrounding area, while supermarkets and the Auhof Center Vienna shopping mall are close by.

In winter, the Wienerwald transforms into a romantic fairytale. Enjoy winter walks or venture out on the cross-country ski trails, then warm up in an authentic 'Heuriger'. With easy access by car or public transport — thanks to the bus stop at your doorstep and the Hütteldorf metro station with Park & Ride just 5 km away — you can quickly reach the heart of Vienna. Here, the world-famous Christmas markets at the Rathausplatz or the Schönbrunn Palace enchant you with a beautiful festive atmosphere and artisan stalls.

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
