This rustic, detached holiday home, originally a hunting lodge, accommodates up to 6 guests and is nestled in the secluded Rotte Ebenhof, south of Ebenhofer Höhe in Edlitz, Lower Austria. In summer, enjoy the natural bathing lake in Pinggau, outdoor pools in Kirchberg am Wechsel and Aspang, or a 30-minute drive to Avita Therme Bad Tatzmannsdorf. Winter brings skiing at Mönichkirchen-Mariensee with 13.5 km of slopes. Shops and restaurants are available in Edlitz and nearby Grimmenstein, ensuring convenience alongside adventure.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
