The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, three single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a sauna. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

Outside, the private terrace and surrounding meadow with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ invite you to dine under the open sky while enjoying crisp mountain air.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and your very own sauna, the perfect retreat for soothing tired muscles after a day of hiking or skiing. A double sofa bed in the living area adds extra sleeping space, while practical touches like a washing machine, carport, and optional children’s bed and high chair make it ideal for families.

Located in Almhüttendorf Weinebene, you’re surrounded by nature trails, ski slopes, and breathtaking viewpoints. In winter, the Weinebene ski area offers well-maintained pistes, cross-country tracks, and snowshoeing routes right at your doorstep. Summer transforms the region into a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, with easy access to the Koralpe range and panoramic routes through alpine pastures. Day trips to nearby towns in Carinthia and Styria offer opportunities to explore local culture, cuisine, and markets, all within an easy and scenic drive.

Note: You are allowed to bring up to 2 furry friends for 10 Euro per pet per night. Additionally, you are liable to pay final cleaning of 80 Euros (both costs are payable on-site).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
