General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Our chalet was completed in 2015 and is in the beautiful Klippitztörl in Carinthia. It affords a fabulous view of the surrounding mountain world.

The living and dining room opens onto the 27m² sun terrace, where you can enjoy the fascinating mountain landscape and the sunshine.

Our chalet has a rustic, charming and comfortable interior, exuding a sense of well-being. It provides a living and dining room, three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a double bed and two single beds), two bathrooms and an indoor sauna, as well as an outdoor bathing tub on the terrace from April 2017.

In summer, Klippitztörl has many hiking routes for all ages, with something for everyone. There are five chalets along the way for refreshments. There is a spectacular summer toboggan run offering fun for all ages. You can test your courage at the climbing garden for adults and children. The newly completed Ant Trail is to be recommended, where you can learn interesting facts about ants. In winter, Klippitztörl is among the top ski resorts in Carinthia, offering fun on the pistes at an altitude of 1800 metres. There are 6 lifts, 13 downhill pistes totaling 28km. The ski lift is just 250 metres from our chalet and so within walking distance. There is a local ski school and ski rental service.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
