It has been individually furnished with attention to detail and reflects the owner's personal touch. The wooden chalet is situated on a pristine alpine meadow in the heart of the Klippitztörl ski and hiking area, within a newly developed alpine village in the municipality of Bad St. Leonhard in Carinthia, known for its mild climate and abundant sunshine. Here, you can escape the noise and sensory overload of everyday life while enjoying an active holiday. In winter, the ski slope is approximately 300 meters away, and in summer, you can start your hikes directly from the chalet. NEW: An alpine shop offering food and drinks is now open 24/7 in Klippitzdorf.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
