This modern apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located in a holiday home on the edge of the center of the historic town of Eberndorf in southern Carinthia, near Lake Klopein.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living room with dining table, an open well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony. From the large communal garden you have a view of the beautiful mountains and can walk directly into the adjacent forest.

Eberndorf belongs to the Völkermarkt district in Carinthia, the region near the Slovenian border primarily offers nature and mountains. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
