The holiday apartment is on the first floor and features a spacious kitchen-diner with a kitchenette and sofa bed, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a south-facing balcony. There is direct access to the lake and the sunbathing lawn. Parking is available directly at the house (for a fee). The house has high-quality drinking water from a natural spring.

The Feld am See family sports village is located in the Gegendtal valley on Lake Brennsee and Lake Afritzer See, amidst the pristine Carinthian Nockberge Mountains in the Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region. Feld am See offers a variety of activities both in summer and winter. Lake Brennsee is a paradise for sailors and surfers, as well as for other water sports. Visit the Alpine Wildlife Park in Feld am See or the St. Kathrein Thermal Spa or the Römerbad Thermal Baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, or a beach holiday.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
