A highlight is the apartment conservatory, from where you can enjoy a marvellous view and unwind. The village centre is within easy walking distance, where you will find a selection of cafés, inns and an ADEG supermarket. This region offers many opportunities to discover this beautiful area in both summer and winter.

The Millennium Express, Austria's longest cable car, is 1.2 km from this flat. In winter you can enjoy snow-sure pistes and in summer the Mediterranean climate that Carinthia has to offer. Ideal for active winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, sun worshippers and anyone who loves nature and tranquillity.

Summers here are warm with balmy summer evenings. Lake Presseggersee is only 16 minutes away by car. In summer, you can relax here by the lake and in the water at temperatures of up to 28 degrees, but the many activities also make this region a fantastic holiday destination. In winter, the region offers everything you need to enjoy snow, sun and fun in the top Nassfeld ski area with its more than 110 kilometres of pistes.

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
