The nearby Gerlitzen ski resort offers 20 lifts and numerous slopes for winter sports enthusiasts, catering to both beginners and advanced skiers. For those looking to try something different, tobogganing, winter hiking, or ski touring are all great options. In summer, numerous lakes, including the stunning Lake Ossiach, are easily accessible by car. A swimming area on the natural beach of the idyllic Lake Afritz (approx. 3 km) is included. Villach, a city steeped in history and charm, is about 15 km away. Let yourself be enchanted by its fantastic events and unique atmosphere.

In summer, numerous lakes, including the breathtaking Lake Ossiach, are within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
