A bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping alcove with a loft bed, and a pull-out sofa provide flexible sleeping options. The open kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped. The apartment includes a covered underground parking space, which is already included in the price (max. height 2.10m). From there, a few steps lead directly to the apartment – convenient, protected from the weather, and especially convenient for arrival and departure.

On the covered balcony, you can enjoy a coffee with a view – or the sunset after a day on the slopes or by the lake. The gondola is within walking distance, and the underground parking space is included. Games, children's equipment, and a welcome set with coffee and tea round out the offer. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
