The cosy "Ferienhäuschen Pfajfar" is centrally located yet in a pleasantly quiet location on the edge of the Noric region in the idyllic village of Guttaring directly on the R7 C cycle path (bicycles are available for free right next to the house).

An 800 m2 garden with fruit trees surrounds our little house and is ideal for relaxing, barbecues and pets.
For grocery deliveries we can provide you with the telephone number of our local grocers who are also happy to offer a delivery service.

The Klippitzthörl ski area is 18 km away (21 minutes by car) and the Eberstein ski area with toboggan run and toboggan lift is 25 km away (30 minutes by car). Both ski areas are also ideal for snowshoeing.
Summer:
A varied and beautiful hiking area opens up around Guttaring (hiking maps available on site) - for challenging hikes as well as leisurely walks.

The Althofen outdoor pool (perfect for children) is only 5 minutes away by car and is accessible via the R7 C cycle path.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
