Obervellach: External elevator to all floors. Please note: Parking is restricted to 90 minutes with a parking disc. Public parking is available below the fire station (100m). Each apartment has a wardrobe with ski racks and ski boot dryers in the basement. A conference room for up to 12 people can be booked via office@obma.at, as can a vaulted cellar room for celebrations of up to 30 people. The building also houses a café, the tourist information office and the Hohentauern National Park exhibition. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
