The holiday home for 12 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, three bunk beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters, a DVD player, a stereo, a CD player and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a football table, a set of garden furniture, a garden, an atmospheric fireplace and a barbecue. You can park your car on ten parkings. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets and a massage shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and een afzuigkap.

The country estate with the holiday home is located in Liebenfels in the idyllic Glantal in Carinthia, the southernmost province of Austria. Surrounded by pure nature, you will find countless hiking, biking, and riding paths here. The cozy city of Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee, and even Italy are only a 30-minute drive away.

For active holidaymakers, Simonhöhe/St. Urban is an absolute must: in summer, it is a hiking and biking paradise; in winter, it is a family-friendly ski area with 15 km of slopes and 7 lifts – reachable in less than 15 minutes. The larger ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim (103 km of slopes) and Gerlitzen Alpe (52 km) are also just a short hour's drive away.

In summer, the numerous lakes in the area invite you to take a refreshing dip, such as Kraigersee, Goggausee, or Längsee. The famous Wörthersee and Ossiacher See are located 15-30 km away. Additionally, the city of Sankt Veit an der Glan offers a public indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Culture and history enthusiasts will also find much to appreciate here, thanks to the many castles, ruins, and churches that adorn the region. For those looking for action, the estate features the popular game Lazer.at.

For necessary shopping and cozy dining, there are plenty of shops and restaurants in Liebenfels and Sankt Veit an der Glan.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Payment terms and -periods

The deposit is at least 35% of the total travel sum and optional insurances. The remaining amount must be paid no later than six weeks before departure. In case of departure within six weeks, the amount must be paid at once.
