The almost 50 m² flat on the outskirts of Klagenfurt (small entrance hall, living/dining room [couch for possibly another person], small retro kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate WC) is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-party house, without lift, in a quiet location - nearby train traffic barely audible.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the railway station and just a few steps to the exhibition centre (accessible by road for exhibitors and trade fair visitors). Seven minutes' drive from/to the university, Lake Wörthersee (with a large lido) and the motorway, and 16 minutes' walk to the centre to Neuer Platz, restaurants, the theatre or the concert hall.

A boat trip on Lake Wörthersee or Lake Ossiach (perhaps even with various breakfast options on board), a visit to the famous "Minimundus", the miniature park covering 26,000 m² with 159 miniature models of famous buildings, ships and trains from all continents on a scale of 1:25 (with an exciting 4D cinema), a visit to Austria's most species-rich reptile zoo, the Klagenfurt observatory or the planetarium - everything can be reached in a few minutes by car (or by bus).
The Pyramidenkogel observation tower, at 100 metres high the highest wooden observation tower in the world and with the highest enclosed slide in continental Europe, from where you have a view over the whole of Carinthia and beyond, can be reached in 23 minutes by car and much more.
You can also be in Slovenia or Italy in less than an hour.

ATTENTION: The flat is not used exclusively as a holiday flat, but is also used by the landlord himself in the meantime, which is why certain utensils, various objects, partly clothing and the like are not completely cleared out.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
