Small, open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, hatch. Bathroom, bidet, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 sofabed (200 cm, length 90 cm), 1 double bed, bath/WC, hand-basin, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
