"Villa Waldbach," a self-catering holiday apartment, is a 12-minute walk from the privately owned public beach and a 3-minute drive from the public beach of Lake Wörthersee. Free admission to the beaches around Lake Wörthersee, Lake Rauschelesee, Lake Keutschachersee, Lake Längsee, and Lake Glödnitz is included. Children and dogs are very welcome.

Enjoy privacy with a private entrance, terrace, and lawn. The 450m² grounds offer 110m² of living space spread over two floors. Amenities include two triple bedrooms with balconies (offering garden, mountain, town, and lake views), two flat-screen TVs, two bathrooms with showers, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large living room (with a flat-screen TV) and access to the 20m² terrace, and a garden with barbecue facilities. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
