This detached, single-storey chalet is located in the beautiful, restyled holiday park Resort Pressegger See. It is located in the small hamlet of Presseggen, a stone's throw from the beautiful Pressegger See. There is a shared swimming pool within the property so you can enjoy refreshing dives and beat the scorching summers in style. There is a spacious terrace where you can linger with your morning coffee and garden furniture where you can enjoy a wholesome breakfast and unwind after an active day outdoors.

You can play golf at a golf club only a short drive away for some adrenaline rush and also can indulge in cross-country skiing in a ski area only 26 km away from the stay. Erlebnis-Naturbad Vorderberg is a waterpark only 11 km away where you can have a gala time with your loved ones. Nockeberg Biospehere Reserve is around a 1.5-hour drive away and is a mountaintop habitat with trails through meadows & forests, home to eagles & deer, with guided tours.

The chalet is fully and comfortably furnished. Nice and great for a holiday for two in the middle of nature. The chalet is located in a higher location. You reach the entrance via a staircase. The layout is like that of a studio. The pleasant living room with TV is separated from the sleeping area (with a comfortable double bed) by an open wall. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet. For even more comfort, there also is air conditioning. There is parking provided to keep your cars safe and scratch-free.The outdoor life takes place on the wonderful, partly-covered terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet. At holiday park Resort Pressegger, various mobile homes and chalets can be booked for two to six people.

The bus stop is only 650 m away, while the train station is 3.2 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
