This apartment is located in one of the two small-scale apartment buildings in the beautifully situated Hermagor-Nassfeld Resort holiday park. In the middle of the Austrian Alps and near the Italian border, 2.5 km from the small-scale centre of Hermagor.

The ground-floor apartment, which is comfortably and fully furnished, is located on the first floor (no lift). You have a view over the holiday park and the surrounding mountains from the living room. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is one bedroom with a double bed. You will find a bath and shower cabin in the bathroom and a separate toilet.

The apartment does not have an outdoor area. There is parking for one car in the central car park in front of the apartments.

There are various chalets and apartments for four to six people at the Hermagor-Nassfeld Resort holiday park.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
