General

The holiday home for 24 persons has nine bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with seven double beds, four double beds or two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and three heathers. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue and a trampoline. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with seven toilets, five baths with showers, four showers and nine washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, three fridge-freezers, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with three dishwashers, three microwaves, three ovens, three stoves and a coffee maker.

This combination of 3 chalets for a maximum of 24 people is located in Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia, near the center and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The 3 chalets have a total of 12 bedrooms, each have a large living room with a separate seating area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 3 bathrooms, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a terrace. You can park directly at the chalets (carport) and a washing machine and dryer are also available.

This ski-in/ski-out chalet is approximately 100 meters from the ski lift, which takes you directly to the Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg ski area, a small ski area with 6 km of ski slopes and 37 km of cross-country ski trails

Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourism region and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool ( Aquarena water and wellness oasis). Other ski areas in the region include the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienz Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the East Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes.

Also visit the Wolayersee and the Frischenkofel to experience the impressive mountains and lakes. In summer, the Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun!

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
