Our house is beautifully and quietly situated on the outskirts of Köstendorf-Siebenbruenn, near St. Stefan, in a very peaceful and sunny location surrounded by mountains. We offer two identical, family-friendly apartments with Wi-Fi access for normal use.
Apartment Edelweiss No. 1, 74 m², located on the first floor, is suitable for allergy sufferers. It features laminate and tile flooring, is fully furnished, and includes a dishwasher, two separate bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen, a large bathroom, an entrance hall, and a balcony. Apartment Alpenrose No. 2, also 74 m², is located on the first floor and is suitable for allergy sufferers. It features laminate and tile flooring, two separate bedrooms, a combined living room and kitchen, a large bathroom, an entrance hall, and a balcony. Please understand that dogs and cats are not allowed due to the allergy-friendly classification of our apartments.
Please bring your own bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and dish towels.
We have set up a playground for your children, which also provides some additional relaxation for parents.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
