The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with a comfortable seating area, TV, and direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a private sink, and access to a balcony. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a single and a double bed or two single beds and also has a balcony.
A modern bathroom with a toilet is available. Additionally, there is a shower and a wood-burning stove in the hallway, which is particularly convenient for larger groups.
Heating, several balconies, a terrace, and private parking complete the amenities. Surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and tranquil nature, the Reiter apartment is the ideal place for relaxation and a varied holiday in Austria. Not recommended for families with small children and for senior citizens, as the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of the farmhouse.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
